If your on a cfw download the offical sony update here the 3.55 http://us.playstation.com/support/systemupdates/ps3/pc_update/index.htm
Do the same thing you did to get the cfw
Then to get geohots go here http://geohot.com/ and click on jailbreak and it will download then extract it to your desktop and do the normal cfw
